Technical & operator training
Competence on the machines and the hazards your operation actually runs. SAQA-aligned, assessed practically, and issued so the certificate stands up in your evidence file.
What the catalogue covers
These programmes are scheduled per operation rather than from a fixed public calendar, because duration depends on the equipment on your site and on how much of the group is being assessed rather than trained from scratch.
Lifting machines and cranes
Operator training and competence assessment for overhead cranes, mobile cranes, forklifts and other lifting equipment, with the statutory paperwork that goes with it.
Earthmoving and mining equipment
Operator competence on the plant your site actually runs, assessed on your machines rather than on a generic simulator.
First aid
Levels 1 to 3, to the standard your risk assessment and your appointed first aiders require.
Fire fighting
Basic and intermediate fire fighting, including practical extinguisher and hose work.
Hazardous substances
Handling, storage, labelling and emergency response for the substances on your site, aligned to your material safety data sheets.
Working at heights
Fall protection, rescue awareness and the practical competence a fall protection plan has to be able to demonstrate.
Tell us the equipment list and the number of operators and we will come back with a schedule, a duration and a cost.
Tell us the problem. We will design the programme.
Every Comodex engagement starts with an exploratory conversation — no cost, no obligation. We look at your risks, your levels and your operating reality, then propose the programme that fits.
