What we do
Comodex provides training, assessment, consulting and advisory services to mining and industrial operations, including safety, health, environment and quality training, risk management, management systems consulting, leadership and behavioural development, workforce assessment, graduate placement and business advisory services.
How services are bought
No goods or services are sold or paid for through this website. There is no shopping cart, no online checkout and no payment facility.
Every engagement is quoted individually. You send an enquiry, we discuss the requirement with you, and you receive a written proposal setting out scope, duration, delegate numbers, dates and price. A contract comes into existence only when that proposal, or a resulting service agreement, is accepted in writing by both parties. Prices quoted are valid for the period stated in the proposal.
Because this site does not conclude electronic transactions for the sale of goods or services, the cooling-off provisions in section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act do not arise here. Cancellation, postponement and refund terms are dealt with in the proposal or service agreement for each engagement.
Accreditation and course information
Course content is aligned to NQF levels and SAQA unit standards. Where a specific accreditation, unit standard or certification status is material to your decision, ask us to confirm it in writing for that particular course before you commit. Statements on this website about NQF levels, durations and delegate numbers are indicative and are confirmed in the proposal.
References to SETA and MQA discretionary grant funding describe assistance with motivation and application. Comodex does not decide grant applications and cannot guarantee an outcome.
